Highsnobiety's multi-day pop-up event during New York Fashion Week, aptly titled "Neu York," showcased several notable collaborations throughout the weekend. I successfully managed both internal and external global teams, coordinating efforts across various time zones to meet critical deadlines. The adidas activation included a striking 10-foot photo installation, custom-built shrines dedicated to five prominent European soccer teams, and a live airbrushing session by an artist for 20 lucky attendees. The excitement was undeniable, as fans and fashion enthusiasts lined up around the block for the opportunity to engage with this extraordinary global collaboration.

Spotify

Washington, D.C.

Spotify's Global Affairs team is dedicated to ensuring the platform's safety by complying with all relevant regulations and laws. Hosted in Washington, D.C., Spotify invited members of Congress, Congressional leaders, and staff to an engaging event focused on brand programming, meaningful discussions, and music. "Strike A Chord: D.C." attracted over 150 attendees and featured sessions led by the company's Founder & CEO, Daniel Ek, Emmy Award-winning journalist Betsy Fischer Martin, as well as musical performances by Ingrid Andress and Ari Lennox. In my role, I coordinated event logistics, sourced venues, created presentations, secured staffing, maintained the budget, and developed event materials.

YouTube

YouTube's Upfront, hosted at Lincoln Center, showcased top-rated YouTube stars, branded elements, and a performance by Doja Cat. Known for its captivating entertainment and meticulous branding, the event attracted significant attention from executive attendees. My responsibilities included supporting cross-functional teams, managing vendors, overseeing on-site execution, creating presentations, managing the budget, supporting post-event reconciliation, and fostering client relationships.

Buffalo Wild Wings

Wayne, NJ

NFL Draft pick Ahmad "Sauce" Gardner signed with the New York Jets and subsequently collaborated with Buffalo Wild Wings to create his own custom sauce. I spearheaded the logistics for this sponsored meet-and-greet and led client relations. This complimentary event featured giveaways, music, photo opportunities, and autographs from Sauce himself. A standout element was that every poster was signed with his custom sauce pen, blending real signatures with real sauce. The two-hour event kicked off with Beckett Media authenticating Sauce’s trading card, and the turnout was notable, with a continuous line of fans throughout the event.

MTV

London, EN

VidCon serves as the central hub for trends in online video, attracting influencers, content creators, executives, and brands eager to showcase their presence. MTV United Kingdom recognized this as an ideal opportunity to promote their fashion partnership with the PUMA Group. In my role, I supported the global team by analyzing consumer trends, tracking deliverable statuses, facilitating team alignment, and ensuring client needs were addressed promptly, playing a vital part in this fast-paced project. The booth featured an LED 'glitch' wall that synchronized with the music on one side, while the other side showcased a custom patch station with heat-pressed designs and product displays. MTV exceeded its original KPIs, achieving an impressive 80 million cross-platform social reach throughout the weekend.

The Macallan

New York, NY

European liquor brand The Macallan launched a series of short documentaries celebrating iconic locations worldwide. To promote the "Distil Your World New York" episode alongside the annual bottle design reveal, The Macallan hosted an upscale event in New York City at Bar SixtyFive and the renowned Rainbow Room.

Guests embarked on a six-room journey, each highlighting a segment of the documentary, culminating in the grand reveal of the 2022 bottle. Access was exclusive, limited to 200 invited influencers, C-suite executives, and members of The Macallan Executive Team. I co-produced the private event, which featured high-end hors d'oeuvres, signature beverages, a 360 photo booth, thematic vignettes, and custom audiovisual elements. The event generated over 270 pieces of organic social content and achieved 30 million impressions.

Ledger

New York, NY

During NFT.NYC week, the cryptocurrency wallet brand Ledger hosted a one-day activation to showcase its new products, partnerships, and integrations through keynote sessions and engaging interactions with both new and loyal consumers. I led the production of this event at Moonlight Studios, a spacious 12,000-square-foot venue. My responsibilities included managing and sourcing vendors, developing the budget, creating presentations, overseeing on-site staff, and ensuring client satisfaction. The event successfully attracted over 1,000 attendees throughout the day.
