ACV's presence at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) had a significant impact at the trade show. With a 50'x60' booth footprint, ACV showcased 16 demo stations, 8 meeting rooms, a custom LED speedometer programmed in their brand colors, a bar counter, live custom-branded hat giveaways, and swag giveaways. I managed the design team, vendor relationships, and venue logistics from start to finish. Additional core responsibilities included budget updates, nurturing client relationships, overseeing on-site execution and teardown, creating timelines, developing decks, and finalizing the show binder.
